How do you simplify someone's work while creating trust?
Pista was a produc that I worked on at Clay Gorilla, where we tried to create a copilot to generate insights from customer interviews.
The users of Pista would be CSMs and PMs. While designing this project, it was essential that we didn't add on to their workload in anyway or force them to use tooling that they were not confident with.
Automatic insight generation
While creating the flows for insight extraction, it was important that the process of insight generation never feel like a chore or like work.
For this reason, Pista automatically will extract and categorize insights for you to be able to make sense of later. The interactions were streamlined for least friction to the users’ workflows.
Auto tagging and history
While we opted to go with a hands–off approach, we also crafted flows to provide feedback and improve them when needed.
Users were always kept in control of the insights generated from interviews, and at any time could review and decline certain snippets that were misrepresented or mislabelled.
